Early check-in and late check-out are charged 50% of the daily rate.
If there is availability (this cannot be confirmed in advance) the hotel’s reception is authorized to grant the discount without any cost.
4. Can I stay at the hotel with my pet?
Sables Hotel is pet-friendly. We accept small animals (up to 10kg/22lb) by charging R$150,00 per day. We have specific apartments for this, so confirmation is subject to availability.
5. How can I proceed to guarantee my reservation?
The reservation can be guaranteed via bank deposit (3 days in advance and the receipt of the voucher) or by credit card (via the authorization form).

7. In case there is an unforeseen event, how can I proceed to cancel my reservation?
You should contact the hotel to effect cancellation of the reservation, as long as it is within the cancellation deadline that is 24 hours before accommodation.
8. Does the hotel offer transfer service? At what times and where can it be found at the airport?
The hotel offers the transfer service as a courtesy – round trip.

9. Is the parking free?
No. We have secure parking for a fee of R$15,00 per night (for those who are staying or buying a Park & Fly package). There may be differentiated promotions and negotiations, not cumulative and without notice.
10. What is the distance between the Hotel and the Airport?
The distance between Sables Hotel’s and the airport is estimated as being between 15 and 25 minutes, depending on traffic.
11. Restaurant working hours: Service in the restaurant from 06:00 to 10:00.
The restaurant is open for lunch from 12h00 to 15h00 and for dinner from 18h00 to 11h00.
12. What are the payment methods?
The hotel accepts as payment: cash (real, dollar and euro), credit and debit card of varied credit cards, and bank deposit with 03 days in advance. We do not accept checks.
13. What are the conditions of the Day-use Rate (Tarifa Day-use)?
Day-use contemplates the use of the room that can be done between 06:00 and 23:00 of the same day, being the term of use of the room up to 8 hours.
14. What is included in the daily rate?
The rate includes breakfast buffet service and internet connection via Wi-Fi.
15. What are the rates that are added to the daily rate?
According to the legislation governing the hotel system, 2% of ISS (The Tax on Services) is charged on the daily rate.
In addition, there is an optional fee of R$ 1,50 per daily of Voluntary Contribution for Tourism.

Sables Hotel is located in Jardim Maia, the upscale neighborhood of Guarulhos city. Easy access to the Dutra and Fernão Dias highways, and close to Guarulhos Airport.

17. What documents and procedures are required for hosting underage people?
By determination of Federal Law no. 8069 article 82. of 13/07/1990, it is forbidden to host a child or adolescent in a hotel, pension or similar establishment, unless authorized or accompanied by the parents or guardian, we do not allow the accommodation of children under 18 (eighteen) years old, except if accompanied by their parents or guardians. If the minor is accompanied only by his or her guardian, it will be necessary to present, at the time of check-in, a document authorizing the accommodation of the minor, done in writing and signed by the parents, with a recognized firm. Regardless of any other provision, all children under the age of eighteen (18) must present, at the time of check-in, a document with photo that proves their identity and membership, even if accompanied by their parents.
18. How does the hotel's event room reservation work?
The usage of any event room can be requested through email@example.com.
It is important that we have the following information: the exact number of participants, date and time, room format (auditorium, school, fishbone, U, etc.), food & beverage options, number of people, equipment required. Food and beverage services are provided by the hotel, and can be provided with different formats of coffee breaks and cocktails.
